Returns and Exchanges
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns or exchanges only if the item is received in a damaged or broken condition. Returns or exchanges due to a change of mind are not accepted.
I received the wrong item
Please contact our customer support team by filling out the form in the left-hand menu. Our team will reach out to resolve the issue.
My order arrived damaged
If your order arrives damaged, please provide proof (such as images) via the contact form. Once verified, we will send a replacement shipment.
Where should I send my authorized return?
After contacting us through the contact form, we will provide you with the vendor’s return address so you can proceed with the return.
How do I receive customer support?

What if I entered an incorrect shipping address?
If you need to update your shipping or billing address, please email us or submit the updated information through the contact form. We will update your details before the order ships.
Can I change or cancel an order after I’ve submitted it?
Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placement. To cancel, submit the form and notify us, and we will process your cancellation promptly.
